GIFT VOUCHERS
Available for all treatments and products, are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of your treatment. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Our expert team will be delighted to assist you if you need advice. Please note Gift Vouchers cannot be used for treatments with our Registered Aesthetic Practitioners.
DEPOSITS
We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the Cancellations Policy.
APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time, however treatments will still be charged at full price.
LOYALTY CARDS
Only one Loyalty Card is issued per client, and only that client can make use of that Card. It cannot be shared among two or more people.
Once a Loyalty Card is completed or expired, the client is eligible for a new Loyalty Card.
Only the client whose name the card is issued on can redeem the Loyalty Card, and it cannot be transferred or gifted to any other individual.
It will be the client’s sole responsibility to get their Loyalty Card stamped after every treatment before leaving the premises. Eden Beauty Rooms cannot be held liable if any of the Stamps are missed.
Rewards cannot be earned on Retail Products and Gift Vouchers.
Can only be redeemed with Eden Beauty Rooms, cannot be redeemed with our Registered Aesthetic Practitioners, Hair Dresser, Nail Technician or any other third party under Eden Beauty Rooms.
Loyalty Card cannot be redeemed with any makeup appointments.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel or change an appointment a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and 72 hours for pamper parties is required or a 50% charge may be applied. Appointments missed will be charged at full price or a 50% deposit will be required for future bookings.
PATCH TESTS
We take your personal satisfaction and safety very seriously, so to help us maintain our 5-star service, clients who have not previously had an eyelash or eyebrow treatment with Eden Beauty Rooms, or have not had this service within the last 6 months are required to have a patch test 48 hours prior to their appointment.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Eden Beauty Rooms. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
COURSES
All courses require a deposit for each session up front. Courses must be completed within 12 months and are non-refundable. Missed appointments may result in treatments deducted from your course.
DEPOSITS
We reserve the right to request a non-refundable £10 deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance to the cancellation policy. *Each individuals circumstances taken into consideration upon cancellation
